DENTAL SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS

Beyond teaching physical therapists in the treatment of orofacial and TMJ pain, Ryan also educates the dental community. Through speaking engagements at dental conferences and study clubs, Ryan acts as dipolate for the physical therapy profession. By highlighting treatment approaches to orofacial pain outside of the dental scope, dental health professionals are encouraged to reimagine patient plans of care. Contemporary research is utilized to further support the use of conservative care in the treatment of these complex disorders. His course "Treating TMD and Orofacial Pain with Physical Therapy" is approved for 2 CE(s) by the Maryland State Board of Dental Examiners.
